How do I cancel an order and request a refund ?

A: On the Contact Us page, indicate that you need a RMA # to return product which was shipped to you.  Please indicate the reason for return and whether you would like to an exchange or a refund. Please refund to our RETURNS policy by clicking on the Returns and Exchanges link above.

What do I do if I am missing items from my order ?

A: You may call us or send  a Contact Us form indicating the item you are missing and we will do our best to ship the product within 24 hours.

How do I submit suggestions for items to carry in your catalog ?

A: Fill out a FEEDBACK form and let us know what item or items you would like to see us carry in our catalog.  We are always looking at expanding our product line.

How do I sign up for PayPal ?

A: Go to www.PayPal.com and fill out a registration form.  It's fast and free.  It's best to register in advance of purchasing an item from our catalog but it is not mandatory because you can register at the time you checkout.

Why does PayPal require registration before purchasing ?

A: PayPal's policy is to confirm your identify before they allow you to purchase items using their service.  The nice feature about this is that once your PayPal profile is built and you have added either a credit card or verified your bank account, the next time you attempt to make a purchase, all you have to do is enter your email address and password, select your funding source and initiate payment.

Can I pay for products without using PayPal?

A: Yes. We now allow our customers to pay with VISA, Mastercard or Discover Card during the order checkout procedure without using the PayPal service. You simply enter your valid credit card number and expiration date and we will process your credit card as an offline transaction using our merchant account.

How long does it normally take for an order to be processed and shipped ?

A: We normally ship products which are in stock within 2-3 business days... embroidery and screen printing require at least one week.
