practice, and emphasize in our business.
Need to Return a product
To return a product at R. S.
Athletics,
you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. This can be done by contacting our customer service department by submitting a online support request form found on our Contact Us page
or by telephone.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item number(s) or description of each item
- Nature of the problem or reason for return
In general, R. S. Athletics accepts returns on merchandise
within
30 days
unless the merchandise is custom embroidered or screen printed. However, R. S. Athletics reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from
the invoice date and may optionally accept returns of custom
orders should the merchandise be deemed to be defective or
damaged. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit
will be issued toward one of the following:

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to
R. S. Athletics on returned items, and
R. S. Athletics will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s)
going back.
